Bereavement Ministry

Offering Hope to those who Grieve

The Bereavement Ministry at Christ the Redeemer, established in November 2007, provides emotional and liturgical support to those who have experienced a loss.

We assist families in selecting readings for the funeral Mass and coordinate with the Music Director. A member of our ministry attends each funeral Mass to offer support. Additionally, we send Mass and sympathy cards to families and provide ongoing assistance. The ministry also organizes the All Souls’ Mass and memorial ornaments for Easter and Christmas.

Our support group meets on the third Thursday of every month at 6 PM and is open to anyone who is grieving.
