Lector Ministry

The Lector Ministry is open to anyone interested in proclaiming God's Word during the Eucharistic liturgy. The readings shared in the liturgy hold great significance for the assembly, as they allow God to speak to the people, and through the Word, Jesus conveys the Good News to attentive listeners.

Those serving in this ministry should feel comfortable speaking in public, be willing to develop their proclamation skills through training and practice, be active members of the parish, and be open to attending training sessions.
